I have asked this company to stop calling me for the last month. They call me as late as 9 pm and they won’t stop. I have recording calls from there agents as I have pleaded with them to stop calling at this point, it is harassment. I tried to call the agent in on three way with my local police and he hung up. I literally don’t know what else to do. I don’t know where they got my information from or anything. It’s creepy and weird. I have asked them to stop contacting me. It’s always a male and female trying to recruit me.
This company is a scam. They send you a million emails about a job. Then schedule you for an interview. Then literally the next day they say the job is filled. Don't accept ANY emails or calls from this company.
Be careful it's definitely a scam, I called back immediately after the voicemail, asked for the ext# on the email with name, the voice who answered was exactly the same as the guy who left me the voicemail, he said I got the wrong number.
Disappointed with my experience with Pyramid Consulting. A recruiter contacted me inquiring if I wanted to hop on a call to discuss a potential job opportunity. The job description she sent said it was a hybrid role with Tuesdays as the in office required day. She sent her email (and a text) on a Friday afternoon so over the weekend I asked if she had availability on Tuesday. On Monday morning she ignored my Tuesday inquiry and said she could speak today until 5. We agreed on 3 pm. Well 3 pm came and went. I called her, apologizing that I must have missed her call. She told me she forgot about the call but jumped into the job description which required 3 days in office. This didn't match what I was originally told. When I pointed this out, she didn't know either and told me she would get back to me. In her defense, she did get back to me and it was three days instead of 1 like the original email made it seem. Over all, it was very frustrating that I had to work around her schedule just for her to forget about the meeting. Then of course, on top of that, she didn't know the requirements for the job. Such a waste of time and super unprofessional.
I had a very disappointing experience with this staffing agency. I was encouraged to submit my profile with the promise of an opportunity that ultimately didn’t exist. Communication was poor, and I felt my time was wasted when I could have pursued a real opportunity through my previous agency. Very unprofessional and frustrating process.
I’ve been requesting they remove my information for over a year. I’ve never signed up with this company. When I called it was a call center, the woman introduces herself as the name on my email, I asked her to remove me, she said they never emailed me while I am staring at the email she sent in the morning. She laughed about the situation which drove home the fact that this company is a scam.
