Out of cold brew then told me can't make an iced coffee. Finally they get me some iced drink and it didn't taste good and lid wasn't on well

A great place to grab a quick bite to eat!
Conveniently located inside the Loews Hotel. Staff wasn't super friendly. Prices are outrageous, poor selection of food/snacks. $6 for a candy bar. $12 for a candy bar and Vitamin Water.
Only bought some drinks to go. $57 for 2 milks, 2 juices, 1 yogurt drink, and 1 juice drink. Outrageous! Other than pricing, it is convenient and nice.
Food is amazing, especially for a market in a hotel. But the hours are ridiculous. 3pm closing in a hotel is crazy. Staff is also a bit rude. I ordered a breakfast burrito and then waited for 15 minutes. When I asked about it they told me it was in a shelf behind me. I was not informed of this when I purchased my burrito and they saw me wait all that time.
Couldn’t drink the coffee. I literally had to pour it out, and I’m not a picky person. Breakfast food is not fresh, it’s premade. This place is more like something you’d find in an airport with premade stuff that’s quick to grab and go. We won’t be going back.
Excellent prices for a downtown hotel! I had the smoked ham & egg sandwich which was fantastic. The sausage & egg burrito was just meh. Food is premade so it's quick, but tortillas or muffins might be soggy.
If you want to pay $16 for a coffee and croissant while also not feeling welcome by the staff, this is the spot. Actually a joke 😂 I’ve stayed in nicer hotels in NYC with cheaper and better food options. Skip this place and go somewhere else
Caution: The tea is too hot, and the cheap lids DO NOT STAY ON. Pretty nice burns on my hands now. To management: Black tea should sit around 200-205. Anything hotter is extremely unnecessary in a to-go situation. Sure, if you serve it in proper tea cups, go for boiling. Guess I'll carry the scar to remind me never to order here again.
