We were so happy to find Mr. Rifkin to represent my friend for his E-2 investor visa. Unfortunately we had gone to another attorney initially who gave us the wrong advice and we invested the money incorrectly and it was a disaster. When we met with Mr. Rifkin and his partner, Mr. Freire, we were very concerned about the bad representation from the other lawyer. You know Mr. Rifkin and Mr. Freire were very direst from the outset. They did not tell us what we wanted to hear. In fact, sometimes we did not like what we heard, but Mr.Rifkin always reminded us that he does not make the law or policies - and that he was there to get us results. I liked the personal representation that we received because we always met with Mr. Rifkin and Mr. Freire, not with paralegals like in the other law firm. They always took our calls- answered emails promptly and met with us when we needed. They were never too busy to see us - Mr. Rifkin cares and that is what I heard from numerous people. I have never encountered a lawyer quite like him - he works on the cases not paralegals. Well the proof is the visa was issued. I have never met a more reliable, polite, punctual and effective attorney than Larry. The reason why he is so effective is that he does ALL the WORK. When you hire Larry, you hire the best. He does not work like other Firms that you see the attorney once and then deal with a stream of paralegals. You work with Larry. He is a true PROFESSIONAL in all aspects of the word. When you email Larry, he always answers. When you call his office, Larry will speak to you. In my past experience, receptionists can give you the run-around, or attorneys let the paralegals answer, or even have the receptionists talk to you about your case. Not Larry. My case was closed, and I was facing removal and even deportation because of all kinds of omissions and errors made by my previous attorney, who had missed a deadline to respond. I was at my wit’s end.  Everything changed once I spoke to Larry. He told me that he could fix everything and get me on a path to get my green card after I had gone through a real painful experience. He told me exactly what to do every step of the way and he followed through with that promise and 9 months later I got my green card! When it was time that I was eligible to naturalize and be a US citizen, I thought of no other attorney than Larry. I contacted him, and again he gave me instructions on what to do and less than 6 months later I was naturalized as a US citizen! Larry has always given me the confidence that I needed and I recommend him to anyone needing immigration or naturalization services. If he takes your case, you will also be happy.

I would like to take a minute and compliment Rifkin & Fox. This team did an amazing job on my parent's case it took us only 2 weeks after filing to get their visa approved.
