We could not be happier with our experience with Royal Roofing. We were treated honestly and fairly. The initial inspection and subsequent roof replacement were done quickly and satisfactorily. Bryan Thompson was especially good at keeping us informed about the overall process and scheduling, and he made sure that work was done properly.
Joe was extremely Professional, knowledgeable, prompt and very honest. He inspected our roof and told us we were in good shape. He was very personable, explaining what minor repairs could be made in the future, didn’t try and sell us just anything to make a buck, and took photos so we knew exactly what he was talking about. We would recommend him for all your roofing needs!
I highly recommend the Royal Roofing team! They replaced our roof in October, 2025. Their team was efficient, cared for our home and landscaping and provided excellent communication. Our new roof looks great and the process was smooth and easy.
Bryan Thompson came out and did an inspection following a severe storm. He found several points of concern during a thorough inspection. Five days later he met with the insurance adjuster and was able to get insurance to cover a full roof replacement. Very impressed with everything so far! Would recommend to anyone needing an inspection. Went above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of. Got everything completed. Roof was installed in one day. Great cleanup. Gutter guards a couple weeks later. All documents provided to insurance. Very easy process. Great work! Would recommend to everyone.
I had an excellent experience with Royal Roofing! I called LC for a quote on a new roof, and he had someone at my house the very next day. The customer service from both LC and Brooke was by far the best I’ve received from any business. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, provided clear explanations, and made sure I felt confident in the process. The professionalism and care they showed throughout made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend Royal Roofing!
I am so glad I had a conversation with Mike Dale about Solar! He is very knowledgeable and does not pressure anyone to buy. He asked for my electric bill and was able to give me a quote. My house was not a fit for solar, but I have an outbuilding that was perfect! If I didn't have outbuilding He would not have sold me the Solar system! Since going solar I have had little to no electric bill! I was pleased with how I was formed every step of the way in the process! One of the best decisions I have made! Thank you, Mike Dale for not being a salesman, but for being a truthful and honest man with high integrity!
Talked with Dawn about roof replacement. Having been a roofer herself, she was very knowledgeable, and patiently answered all my questions. Company seems legit. I would definitely consider them when it's time to replace my roof.
I called Royal to get a quote on Solar and Mike took a look at our house and said that we weren’t a good fit for solar. I would definitely recommend Mike Dale and Royal Roofing and Solar for an honest assessment of your roofing or solar needs”.

Oh my gosh. I cannot express my sincere appreciation for not only this company, but especially to Mike Dale. We were so incredibly skeptic when it came to solar! We sat with Mike for about 3 hours in person. We had multiple text questions for him, phone calls, etc. He answered every single one with complete honesty and patience. Having lived here in MO my entire life....I am very much a "show me" type of person. That being said....we pulled in all of the people ....our financial advisor, tax preparer, etc. (You know...to prove him "wrong") We are SO GLAD to say we purchased the solar system that Mike created specifically for our home's need and have not looked back! Save yourself some digging...I did it ALL!! Highly recommended from Mr. & Mrs. stubborn and prove it.
