I used this car shipping service to move a car from California to Massachusetts. I reached out to them in March and needed the car to be delivered by May 17th. This persons whom I connected with initially told me a different story than another individual. That other person said the car would be picked up in April? They did not ever reach out to me. I was always having to reach out to them for information. We get closer to the date and I had not heard anything. After speaking with the owner of the company he discovered that no one had even put me in the system. So I wasn’t even on their radar after multiple emails and phone conversations with Brandon. So the owner of company had to make that happen. Then we don’t receive any pick up information until hours prior to pick up. I was told that the car would be delivered in 3-4 days. It took 7 days. And on the 7th day they texted and said it would not be delivered and there was another delay. Fortunately, by brother made a call to the dispatch and made things happen and that is the only reason the car got delivered that late afternoon. Then the company wants to only take $50 off my invoice which is laughable.
WOW AMAZING customer service!!! I shipped a vehicle from California to Michigan. My vehicle was delivered in perfect condition & earlier than promised. I was worried about shipping my vehicle based upon company’s I had talked to. I worked with Val , After our first discussion, I already felt better. I will be shipping a vehicle in the future and will not even look at any other company Than Royalty Logistics.👍👍👍
40 days still have not received payment. For hauling for them. They ignore my emails and accounting won’t answer my calls.
I recently used Royalty Logistics to ship a classic car from Nebraska to New York. I was given their name through a friend of mine who works for a car dealer. My contact person at Royalty was Val Bragan who was great. Their pricing was fair. Val responded almost instantly to emails and text messages. The vehicle arrived by way of enclosed transport exactly on time and in beautiful condition. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Great service thanks so much John Bennett
