I cannot recommend Safe Haven Solar enough. Garren and his team were very responsive and helpful in answering any and all questions I had throughout the process. They also made it a point to personalize their outreach and tailor their service offerings to my circumstances, which was greatly appreciated. Garren the associate that helped me with my solar system through Safe Haven was more than just helpful. He guided me through every step of the process without excluding any sort of information. Alejandra Zhurba was absolutely phenomenal in every aspect throughout this entire process. She was practically available 24/7 to assist and kept me up-to-date. I'm very much an overthinker and had one hundred and one questions. She answered them all with patience and promptly. She kept me in the know every step of the way. If there was a tough question, Alejandra assured me that she would follow up with her overall manager and get back to me. She also took the time out whenever I had an issue, doubts, or questions to gather all the information I needed to make informed decisions. I did have a few potential "deal breakers" that came up. No matter the question, or how big the issue was, her hard work and expertise in customer service kept me locked in and honestly prevented me from pulling out of the entire project. I was worried about my roof warranty getting voided, being a new house and all. And I already had a few backup generators that I really wanted to tie in to the new solar panels. I brought this issue to Alejandra and she immediately sprang into action. After a few calls, she had all my questions answered and even had additional information emailed to me for further reference. That's the kind of intuitive leadership that's necessary when dealing with such a stressful and pricey project as this. I always felt like my concerns were heard and valued. I would say she is very trustworthy and caring. That's EXACTLY what you need in your corner being very nervous about installing solar panels on your brand new house, which is practically only 3 months old. I was thoroughly impressed by the consistency and dedication from Alejandra and just today was referring someone to call specifically her because of how well she took care of me and my family! The team kept us up to date throughout the whole process and called periodically to check up on us. We’ve had solar for a few months now and it’s been great.
