Just wanted to add another 5 star review to echo all the others. We had a shower pan failure that leaked and wrecked the bathroom ceiling downstairs requiring not only a new upstairs shower, but ceiling repair below. Through the whole process Matt and his team made dealing with this giant headache as pain-free and easy as possible. From the quick and reasonable estimate to always great communication, to the thoughtful and courteous workers, and finally the job itself — it was a great experience all around! 5/5

I can not say enough wonderful things about Sam’s Construction. They recently remodeled the shower in my master bath and the entire experience was outstanding. The owner Matt Wallace was 100% involved every step of the way. His team was amazing. Their work ethic was impressive. I am in awe of how beautiful it turned out. They were very respectable of my home. The floors leading to the bathroom were completely covered. I recommend Sam’s Construction 100% without hesitation. If you want quality work, professionalism, and a team that truly cares, this the company to hire.

Sam’s Construction finally made it happen by fixing the unfixable! After unfortunate experiences with multiple contractors, plumbers, and installers, we finally had an amazing experience from Matt and his crews from Sam’s Construction. We have been dealing with mystery leaks in our kitchen ceiling for almost a decade. Plumbers would come and go, but so would the holes in our ceiling. Finally, after looking up women-owned construction businesses, I found Sam’s Construction had great reviews from my neighbors. Sorry fellas, I was feeling fed up! Matt swooped in, communicated, listened, and his guys found the ultimate leak. Who knew a little AC condensation and an unglued pipe fitting could cause so much trouble! Matt’s guys found it quickly and fixed all the leaks! They also updated our bathroom beautifully after investigative destruction! Our first bathroom remodel, which is much smaller, was a 2- year nightmare from another contractor. I would never hesitate to call Matt for any future work. With good communication, organization and time management, good outcomes are truly possible. Thank you so much to Matt, Sam, and all the guys who made our home whole again!

We had our old carpet removed and hardwood flooring installed in a downstairs room and beneath our staircase. Matt from Sam’s Construction was excellent to work with throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and timely, and the team consistently arrived when scheduled. Although this was a smaller project, it was handled with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. The finished work looks great, and the experience was efficient and seamless. We would highly recommend Matt and Sam’s Construction.

I’ve used Sam’s construction twice now to completely redo my garage and stop a leak in my roof. Matt made sure I was informed during the whole process and is always prompt to reply to any questions and concerns you may have. The customer service is really the best I’ve ever experienced and the work is top notch. I’ll never use another construction company.

Matt, Virginia and their team are extremely professional and provide a great quality of service. We recently did a bathroom remodel. We removed some drywall, the old bath tub, vanity and replaced it with a stand in shower and new upgraded fixtures. They executed it to perfection and with great attention to detail, giving us a good luxury finish within the agreed budget. We also had the work done under a tight deadline as we were hosting guests after that. They tirelessly worked late every day and on weekends to get it done in time. They showed a great work ethic. They were extremely trustworthy too, we felt very safe and comfortable giving them our keys when we were out working. They even made sure our pets were safe when they were working. When they finished they cleaned up the place spotlessly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hard working team for all your remodel projects.

Matt and his entire team were amazing. We had to have a bathroom remodel due to some foundation issues in our 80 year old home. We’re talking totally rip out the old bathroom, fix the foundation issue, then build a new bathroom. Matt was super responsive throughout the entire process and his team was top tier. They helped us find ways to come up with storage solutions to the limited space that we were working with and the team got super creative with our built-in cabinet requests. My family absolutely loves our new bathroom. We couldn’t be happier with the end result.
