Wish we would have looked at the reviews before considering a purchase of their new construction in Central Park on 36th Ave. The builder has not completed activities that were required as part of our closing, they have the worst project managers, and we have waited for people to come to the home to finish the projects with no shows on multiple occasions. They have no concerns for other folks and apparently only work from 10 to 3 pm. Do not consider a home with these folks as it will be a nightmare, guaranteed. Specifically Luke (the owner) and Bentley Schwanebeck-Ostermann were the individuals we've worked with and they have been unable to respond to any requirements.
Absolutely horrible experience. From the beginning, dealing with this company was a nightmare. Getting anything done and done correctly was a constant struggle. Now, two years later, not only am I still facing issues, but so are many of my neighbors. The quality of the work is incredibly poor and feels rushed and cheap. It’s clear they cut corners everywhere they could. I genuinely regret buying a place built by them. If I could go back and choose differently, I would in a heartbeat.
Do not use Schneider Building Company LLC. They are not a reliable company and will not respond to you if you have issues with your home. They installed my mini-split incorrectly, and I haven't had heat or AC since September 2023. They have been no help at all in trying to fix the issue. They claimed it's out of warranty, but the condenser fan was installed incorrectly, causing many problems with the mini-splits, and now I have to replace all four units for $16k. I also had 4 different HVAC companies come over to try and fix it and they let me know the units have been installed wrong and need to be replaced. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have not responded.
If they drive as bad as they work. No wonder they have bad reviews. Don’t care for people safety and just ran a red light and almost hit me.
Horrible building company. Everything is made cheap and quick. There are so many little details that were rushed and they clearly did not care. Had multiple issues where I needed to contact them within my warranty, but no one ever contacts you back. Have had ACs leak and electrical boxes not work. Reached out in June, still have not heard back! Very unprofessional and would not recommend hiring for a build.
I was very impressed with Schneider Building Company. Great prices and quality work. Looking forward to working with them on future projects.
It's nice that Home Depot offers trailer parking, because it is hard to park vehicles with trailers in lots with all normal spots. Then some supervisor at Schneider that hasn't lifted a hammer their whole life ruins it for the with their entitled parking. It was a Sunday morning and there were plenty of open spots even closer too.
