Hello my name is Holly. I take Synjardy on a daily dose for my diabetes. I don't receive Medicaid. I am on a medical insurance through market place called Ambetter which I have a monthly premium. I am only working a minimum wage job and my income is very limited. My copay on my medicine is 20$ a month. Walmart gives 3 month supply at a time so that is 60$. Sempre Health gave me an Rx# to get a discount on my Synjardy as long as I get it refilled on time. I just saved 60$ thanks to Sempre Health and their discount program. I recommend this program for anyone who takes Synjardy. It helps when your income is limited but you need your medication to help control diabetes. Thank you Sempre Health.
