Such a small job that took 3 weeks. Poor job removing sheetrock and linoleum. My front yard was damaged due to an employee who drove on it after a heavy rain. Very sloppy job..pieces of sheetrock left on walls and linoleum was left all around baseboards and toliet...it took 3 wks to make a mess. Would not ever use them again or reccomend then to anyone...even my worst enemy.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. This company had their employees come out and do demolition on my house. In the process they broke my $7000 ice machine. They have given me the run around for weeks about this matter. Today they offered me $300 saying we have taken the ice maker apart so the inspector couldn't determine the value. 1. We haven't touched the machine since they broke it. 2. NO ONE HAS CAME TO MY HOUSE TO INSPECT THE DAMAGE. I will never use them again & my homeowners is also about to drop them because of this service.

Henry Garza, Dave and the team on site w demolition at Casabella Westshore, Tampa, were impeccable, courteous, could not have been more helpful. The Casabella management has been awful. The only bright light of losing my living quarters was working with Henry and Dave.
SERVPRO showed up in the middle of the night for emergency services and mitigation of a Fire and Water damage at one of my favorite downtown Houston restaurants. They did a fantastic job of cleaning restoration and re-construction to get them back in business and make it “like it never even happened.”
Everyone I’ve encountered with this company thus far has been kind, caring and informative. I genuinely feel like everyone wants the best outcome for the customer. Thank you to Rafael and Freddie. They were so quick and efficient with the job they came into my house to do today. These folks are amazing! They came in an hour after we called. Did the water cleanup and left the property when done. What an awesome company and treated us like family.
This team does great work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great communication throughout the whole job and easy to work with!
If stuck working with this devious franchise, watch out for estimates vs reality. These people are not able to send a detailed invoice with the job that was actually performed instead of what was estimated. They will hold your personal items hostage until they get paid what they want instead of billing you for what was truly done. They are also not willing to bid for jobs without a guarantee of work, so as a customer you will not be able to compare options if you get an estimate from them. After my experience with them, it seems that they do know the way they do business is devious, so they are ok with cutting any corners possible to get your insurance money. Update: also broke my garage door, and did not take responsibility for it.
Team Shaw handled our water damage and reconstruction with professionalism and care. Their communication was excellent—they walked me through every step of the process and made sure I felt supported the entire time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing restoration work done right!
