Erika was so nice and made me feel welcomed/ comfortable right off the bat. I appreciate that she was patient and answered any question I had as I was a little nervous. I experienced no pain at all she has a gentle hand. I received masseter Botox and fat dissolve in the chin. I am excited for my results!

My experience at Skulpt Haus was amazing! It was so clean and aesthetic, and I felt very comfortable. Ericka was so friendly and understanding, and perfectly interpreted what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. I got lip filler, as I wanted to keep it natural and enhance my lips. Ericka delivered and did an amazing job whilst making sure I was comfortable with the procedure, letting me know what she was doing while doing it, and showing me halfway through to make sure I liked it. Definitely will be returning to skulpt haus for future procedures!

Great and wonderful service by Erika! She’s very informative, knowledgeable, and gentle. I did treatment for fat dissolving in the chin area. No numbing required and didn’t feel any discomfort. I had an amazing experience at Skulpt Haus! I came in for lip filler and she delivered exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail was incredible, and she took so much care to ensure the final look was perfect and natural. She made the experience as comfortable as possible, there was minimal swelling and I had almost no bruising at all. She was extremely hospitable and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. I’m so happy with my results and can’t wait to come back for another treatment!

paid $1,300 for PRP EZ Gel under-eye treatment and Botox in the jawline, and unfortunately I didn’t see any noticeable results. I had high expectations based on the consultation and pricing, so this was disappointing. The staff was professional and the experience itself was smooth, but the outcome did not meet expectations. I understand results can vary, but for this level of investment, I expected at least some visible improvement. I would recommend better managing expectations during consultations and being more transparent about the likelihood of subtle or minimal results.

I’ve now done three microneedling sessions at Skulpt Haus, so I feel like I can finally leave a fair review. Ericka is very sweet and I did notice improvements in my skin texture over the course of the treatments. I originally started seeing her when she first opened and was offering introductory pricing, which made the treatments very affordable. There were a few hiccups along the way though. For my second appointment she wasn’t there due to a scheduling mishap while they were transitioning to a new booking system. That was frustrating, but she made it right by adding a complimentary PRP add on, which I appreciated. For my third appointment I was asked to do a FaceTime consultation with a medical doctor beforehand. I thought it was a little odd since I hadn’t needed to do that for my previous sessions, and it took some extra time before my appointment. After the treatment I was also charged an additional $26 for that consultation, which was a bit frustrating since I wasn’t told ahead of time there would be a fee. Communication was also a little inconsistent early on. After my first treatment I had some aftercare questions but didn’t hear back because their texting system was still being set up, so I ended up looking up the aftercare myself. The treatments themselves were good and I did see improvement in my skin texture. That said, it does feel like the business is still working out some operational details. The location is in downtown San Jose, where parking can be limited and the area can feel a bit hectic, so it doesn’t necessarily have the quiet luxury med spa vibe. There are also multiple providers working in the space which can be a little confusing for first time patients. Overall, Ericka is kind and the treatments helped my skin. I just appreciate transparency with things like scheduling and pricing, so I hope that improves as the business continues to grow.

I had PRP under the eye's and Erika was so sweet and kind. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and took the time to explain everything. Such a great experience, I highly recommend her!
