Solar Energy Solutions was great through the entire process of buying a 4.2kW system for my house. Chuck and Andrew were prompt with answering my questions, and keeping me informed on the timeline of the installation, permit process, and getting the tax credits. I'm very happy with how the panels and inverter were installed. I have already recommended them to my friends and co-workers.

I had solar heating for my pool already installed when I bought my house. When I fired up the pump for the season yesterday I had a number of risers that squirrels had chewed though which created a significant leak. I contacted Andrew since the service tag on the equipment mentioned his company as the installer. He gave me the plugs I needed to fix the system and instructions on how to make the repair. I tried to pay him for the parts but since they were simple parts he wouldn't take any money. Truly great customer service which is what you're looking for when you need someone to build something for you. Highly recommended for your solar projects.

I'm going to review Solar Energy Solutions, as a provider/installer of a home solar array. It shall go without saying that purchasing or financing your own solar array is a fabulous idea (other than what I just said). Financially, it's the way to go! Andrew and his team came out in mid 2017. They did a thorough and scientific assessment of our location and we chose them over two others who disappointed significantly. Solar Energy Solutions' design and installation was well thought-out and careful. They worked closely with me, explaining all my options and the pros and cons of each. All their subcontractors obviously took great pride in the quality of their work. We have had no trouble whatsoever with the system in its more than three years of service. I heartily recommend Solar Energy Solutions for your solar needs. They will make you very happy!

Solar Energy Solutions installed our system in 2007, with incentives from Energy Trust of Oregon. Since then, our 2 kilowatt rated system has produced more than 25 megawatts! The only significant interruption was last month when we had them remove the system so we could have a new roof installed. Andrew and his crew were very prompt and timely; removing the array just days before the roofers started. Within the same week that the roofers finished, Andrew and crew got the panels back up and producing power. My wife and I especially appreciate Andrew's attention to detail, flexibility, and his arrival to work exactly when he says he will. We recommend Solar Energy Solutions for all residential solar maintenance and installations.

Andrew is extremely knowledgeable about solar technologies, very helpful and very responsive. Our obsolete solar hot water heating system finally gave up and we were without hot water. Andrew worked us into his schedule to remove the old system and install a new heat pump water heater, fitting us into his schedule that same week. Its worth noting that he had kept the old system running for several extra years, making repairs that no one else knew how to make. If there weren't so many trees around our house to block the sun, we'd have asked him to install an up-to-date solar system for us.

Andrew and crew removed our pool solar heating system to allow for installation of a new roof.They then reinstalled the system with improved fastenings. The pool is again warming, as it has for the past 7 years, with no hydrocarbon heating. Work timely and thorough. Andrew explains what he did and why. Provided good instructions for care and maintenance of the system. Highly recommend.

Andrew is the best! I maintain my older solar pool heater myself but came across a riser leak near the header that I couldn't plug. Andrew called me right back and provided the solution (#10 stainless screw wrapped in Teflon). Worked like a charm. Thank you! I'll call you when we're ready to replace our panels!

Five Stars for Andrew and his company! Our original roof-top swimming pool solar system was put in nearly 25 years ago and has saved us countless dollars over many years not having to heat our pool with gas. With a system that old and our roof in need of replacement, we recently called Andrew. He was very knowledgeable about the options and forthcoming about the costs of each. In the end, we opted for all new panels and new controller. Andrew took the initiative to work directly with our roofer to coordinate the work and layout of roof vents which allowed him to increase significantly our footprint of panels on the roof. He timed the work to ensure it all worked with roof installation and the weather. He kept us well informed along the way, showed up at the appointed times, and expertly installed our new system, allowing us to continue to save big bucks for many more years to come. Andrew and his company have installed roof top pool solar systems for some of our neighbors and some friends, and everyone is very happy with him, his company and the quality of work and materials provided. Highly recommended!
