Although the installation was almost 10 years ago, I remember how informative the salesperson was when we were considering solar. The installers were also professional and courteous, and completed the task in a timely fashion. The solar panels have exceeded the estimated production and the payback was quicker than expected The couple of times I’ve had to contact Solar States the response was quick and satisfactory. Highly recommend.

We started looking into solar panels last summer after our electric bill jumped again, and this company was one of the few that actually explained things in plain language without trying to rush us into signing. The consultant spent almost two hours answering questions about roof angle, battery backup, and financing. Installation took a little longer than expected because one permit got delayed by the city, but they kept us updated instead of disappearing. The crew arrived early each morning, cleaned up every day, and even moved a few patio chairs back into place before leaving. Three months in, our bill has dropped way more than expected, especially during hot afternoons when the AC runs nonstop. Glad we finally made the switch.

I recently had solar panels installed by Solar Estates in February. The whole process was seamless and the team was very communicative and friendly! I appreciate how Solar Estates does all the paperwork and interactions with PECO and the Solar Panel company so all I had to do was read and sign. I would highly recommend working with Lina Ibrahim, she walked me through the whole process from end to end, answered all my questions, was friendly and consistent in her communication. Solar States installed my homes rooftop solar array about 9 years. Since then, they have been my direct contact for questions, concerns, or talks of adding additional components. The techs are always knowledgeable, kind, considerate, thorough, and respectful. Last year's powerful storms brough down a limb onto my roof, damaging it and requiring a re-roof in that section. Solar States worked with me to coordinate the disconnection of the conduit during the roof work and then its reconnection and test to assur the solar array was functioning correctly. I highly recommend Solar States for solar installations and maintenance.

From start to finish the experience was great. They took care of everything including the permits with the Township the connection with PECO.

We had our solar panels installed in Nov of 2019. Installation was great with good communication and work delivered as promised. They even helped us work through the inspection process with PECO to allow us to get our generation credits. I can't comment on customer service because we have had zero issues since the panels were installed.
