I always lived Spencer's gifts, best store to get anything for anyone. Would go every time.
So I ordered a mask for Halloween online on 10/19 to make sure it was delivered before Halloween. The package was sent out unreadable to fedex. So now my Halloween mask is coming on Nov 1st. I will be returning it the next day. There's no sense in keeping a mask that's showing up after the holiday. Way to drop the ball Spencer's. I will not be shopping here again.
Definitely an odd collection, but tons of cool designs too. I just really hope the designs last for long, given the extremely affordable pricing. Sick store. Def will go in again.
Horrible customer value over a proposed $3 adjustment. I walked to the cash register with a bracelet set that had a clear $9.99 regular price. The set rang up at $12.99. The "manager", Marissa, advised that prices have gone up and they haven't got to that merchandise. I asked that Spencer's honor the price shown to the consumer. She just turned me down and said there's nothing she can do, the price is the price. I advised I would be giving a review, she responded "that's fine'. I've never felt less valued by a smug , poorly trained manager.
Accused me of stealing in 2019 and im still mad about it.
