"Our family was struggling with what to do about our elderly parents who could no longer live by themselves. Fortunately, we already knew Rob Spivey and his crew at Spivey Construction for many years. After a phone call to Rob, he came to our property, we discussed our thoughts and began the planning necessary to build a new separate ADA accessible grandparent cottage. Rob managed the project so well that it was painless and it was fun to watch the weekly progress. He and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. Four months later, we moved them into their new residence where we could provide living assistance in their sunset years. Three years later, I called on Rob again to make some needed renovations to our home. He made my dreams come true with new windows that I can clean from the inside, a new kitchen, widening a narrow dark walkway into a lovely wide passageway complete with doors covering my laundry room and pantry, and most of all, raising the floor in our 1970s sunken living room! Now the whole house is at the same level and it’s wonderful! I love all the renovations! Rob and his crew are trustworthy and were patient and careful to listen to all my concerns and ideas during the renovation process. Whether your needs are for new construction or renovation of old spaces, I recommend Spivey Construction!"

Rob Spivey has done numerous jobs for me, always as expected, on time and at the quoted price. His crew has always been top notch and the outside contractors he works with are awesome. I really appreciate the fact that he brings in young men that he trains and then gradually adds more responsibilities to. Several have gone on to start their own businesses, with his blessing. Rob is trustworthy, a man of integrity and a true craftsman. There is no one else in the metroplex that I would recommend more highly.
Spivey construction was recommended to us from a Community Facebook page when we needed a urgent quickly done remodel of a small townhome that my mother-in-law was moving into. When we closed on the townhome, we found evidence of an old water leak that had caused some moldy cabinets and we decided to just go ahead and do new flooring, new cabinets and a new bathroom shower as well as paint. Rob Spivey took on the job and assured us he would do all he could to get the work done in less than four weeks and he hit it to the date and it turned out beautiful. He was easy to work with, very transparent, he made great recommendations to help with costs. I would highly recommend him for any remodeling work!

Very reliable general contractor. They managed the project with great attention to detail and kept everything organized. The work was completed neatly and the site was always clean. Communication was good throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them.
