Spork Bytes - Catering Services Portland

We used Spork Bytes for a company Lunch & Learn - a chance to meet some architect and design teams at a local tile manufacturer to get a behind the scenes tour following the clay from raw blocks to many variations of finished tile. I needed to be fully immersed in the experience with the team, not planning food. We made all the arrangements ahead of time. I went on the tour, never saw anyone from Spork, and came back to find everything laid out and labeled thoughtfully and in away that felt inviting to everyone. The food options were many and strong. All of the design professionals raved about the food. Thank you, Spork.

We use Spork Bytes on a consistent basis at our company, the food (great options) and set up is always Top Notch!! But most of all it is always on time and reliable. Staff is super friendly too!!

We used Spork Bytes to help coordinate our 160-person wedding in August because we didn't have a full service caterer to help with set up, clean up, etc. Spork Bytes was so helpful throughout the wedding planning process and didn't miss a beat. They were very responsive and filled all the gaps we needed for our day - such as bringing water, iced tea, lemonade coffee, etc. They went above and beyond. Their staff was also incredibly friendly!

Using Spork Bytes is a gift! Easy to order, plenty of options, all dietary restrictions met and such a smooth process for setting up and taking down. I do not live in Portland, but love coming for work and using this amazing service!

I cannot say enough good things about Spork. The food is consistently amazing, the service as well. These are consummate professionals, able to put together the perfect lunch for small meetings, to handling our office-wide lunches. Always on time, always the right amount of food - and bonus, if we have leftovers, they are donated, so we don't worry about food waste and get a chance to do a little good. Never have I worked with a company where I continually get rave reviews for the food we serve. It has made my job easier and made our employees happier.

I cannot say enough good things about Sporkbytes!! What a phenomenal company. We used Sporkbytes to cater our wedding so that we could create a buffet combo from our favorite Portland restaurants and they absolutely delivered. Their ordering process was easy, communication was great, everything was so streamlined and Tim the owner even met us for a venue walkthrough. They are professional, very reasonably priced, fun to work with and the food was DELICIOUS. Multiple guests raved about how good our wedding food was, such a delightful, refreshing surprise from the traditional chicken and fish plates. Staff was so nice and they took care of all clean up. Would use them again in a heartbeat for any large scale events or parties!

I just wanted to share with everybody that the team at Spork Bytes NAILED IT yesterday!!! I had spent days trying to line up some food for my office and found that there are many PDX restaurants and catering companies that are actually "ghosts". They may still have their websites up and their "contact us" phone numbers claim they are open and take messages, but the reality is they are either still in hibernation or have gone under. With only a couple of days left before my event I remembered a Spork Bytes post on a TAO Member Forum and gave them a try. Spork Bytes came to the rescue! They handled everything for me! What great food (from two separate restaurants no less to create the menu I wanted!!!), setup, customer service, etc. Cleanup with the butcher block paper on the tables under the trays was AWESOME! Nobody has ever done this before and it made all the difference. Definitely going to use Spork Bytes again in the future and I highly recommend to others!! Best, -Mark

When we first heard about Spork Bytes catering office lunches, we began using them for our professional association luncheons and happy hours where we needed food for 50-70 people monthly. We have been so pleased with them, that I started using them for all of my client appreciation events, lunch & learns, breakfasts and happy hours, and I just recently had them cater an event for 40 people at our condominium building. I love that they partner with awesome local restaurants, and take care of everything for me. We've gotten food from Stella Taco, Luc Lac and Aprisa, and it has always been excellent. Planning a catering event online is super easy-- you just plug in the date of your event, what your top 3 restaurant picks are, and your budget. You get 3 proposals back within hours, and once you sign, they take care of everything from there. I have personally worked with Jess and Angela on several orders, and Chris delivered our last big order. They are all fabulous and are a real pleasure to work with. I appreciate the personalized service I get every time I work with them, and I feel really good about supporting a local business that supports other local businesses. I will continue using Spork Bytes and will recommend them in the future!

I just had the best catered seminar lunch by Spork! I always pack my own food when I go to events because of a variety of allergies. At this lunch, I had a FULL plate of delicious options. Thank you so much!
