I could not more highly recommend Star Insurance Group! Shonna is very professional, knowledgeable, and relatable. We are a non-profit, all volunteer run Boston Terrier Rescue, and as such, many insurance companies are hesitant to provide liability coverage to dog rescues, and those that do, are quite costly. Shonna researched and found BTRNC exactly the coverage we needed, and at a cost lower than our previous carrier! Shonna is extremely responsive to any and all questions (and I had many) and provided easily understandable answers. I must add that the Star Insurance Group is heavily vested in giving back to the community, it speaks to exactly the kind of agent: professional, philanthropic, diligent, patient, and willing to go the extra mile.
