Super friendly staff. Love the gang at the top of Queen Anne. I'm moving here next month and can't wait to visit these peppy peeps more often.
Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I sat in there for 30 minutes and watch the barista be rude to several customers. Won’t be back.
Popular spot. They have taken out the seating for some reason which is not good. I hear they will raise prices soon. I also heard they posted a 31% increase in profits last year. Well, if thats true, its a head scratcher
What is there to say? It's your standard Starbucks with smiling staff and your same drinks you get everywhere. Larger space with a big tables and a fire place which is nice for reading or studying.
This is not the largest Starbucks I've ever been to, but it's the most comfortable, located but not insanely crowdedone. it may help that there are two coffee places across the street, another bc two blocks down Queen Anne Avenue, and a tea place 5 blocks down. Make a friend, get a dog walker, join a book club or find the love of your life here.... or just get an Americano.
Drew Was very unprofessional and rude and dropped my change onto the counter and I’ve been going to Starbucks daily for 4 years straight I don’t miss a day this was the worst experience and something should really be done about him. He also got the drinks wrong and they had to be remade I will not ever return to this location.
I frequent this location because I work a few doors down. The entire staff is friendly with a few stand outs. They all take the time to remember their regulars name and orders. It feels homey.
I literally have given this place so many chances. I live down the street so it's really convenient to stop by there but I'm also a Starbucks partner (downtown) who knows what she likes and almost every time I go in there specially the morning staff, I almost never get a hello or anything. I just get a stare. Yesterday I decided to switch it up and get a mocha and yes I have a few modifications, but who doesn't?! This older lady, Suzanne, who just looks so damn miserable all the time, is making my drink and I do not like foam. She pours the milk without holding the foam back into my cup and was about to put a lid on it and hand the to my. MIND YOU IVE BEEN DOING THIS FKR THREE YEARS I KNOW WHAT NO FOAM LOOKS LIKE! So I tell her "do you mind taking the foam off?" She looks up and asks "this is foam to you?" And I'm like "yeah, is it nt to you?" She said here why don't I give you a spoon and you can do it yourself" I literally just grabbed my drink and walked out!! UGH COME ONE PEOPLE!! You're getting paid for customer service!!!!
Nice spot to work out of if you can find a table, people come and camp out.
Nestled in the heart of Upper Queen Anne this is a go-to spot for studying and enjoying a cup of coffee. Seating can get tight, as this is a popular spot, but well worth the community aspect. Recommend the chairs by the fireplace, as they are relaxing and enjoyable.
