I’m never happy with Starbucks coffee. It always tastes burnt. And even half syrup is insanely sweet. Probably to cover up the sub par quality of coffee. Also I’m pro union.
Love the people who work here! 2022 UPDATE: 2023 -Queen Anne/Crockett location- Don't know what happened recently but came in for a coffee and Starbucks usually call out names of the mobile orders and coffees ordered instore. Waiting on my coffee I see a cup on the platform. The name turned away from me. I asked the barista "who is that name for?..." not only asked once, but 2X in case she didn't hear me. She glanced at the cup and ignored me completely. if it wasn't mine I didn't want to touch it. Cup happened to be mine luckily but I get starbucks is busy but employee still couldn't answer my question in a split second because she didn't feel like calling out customer names? 🙄😒 You know the people in Uptown Starbucks and Denny and 1st are far more personable and friendly. At least I know when to get my drink for now on. The attitudes in this store have changed for the worse and last time i visit this location.
Great Strabucks on the weekend and evenings. Everyone is greeted and helped with consistent polite quick service. Gave a 4 star because I have been here on a weekday morning going to work several times and only the regulars got good service. As a non regular I was barely afforded a polite smile. I'm someone who goes to this Starbucks on the weekends. The staff doesn't recogize me and that doesn't matter when it comes to getting good service on the weekends and nights.
Love this Starbucks location! The picture that is shown is a bit outdated as they have gotten new chairs and other items to make the lobby more inviting. The Baristas that work in the morning (well throughout the day) are amazing and SO incredibly nice and personable. I have never received a wrong order and never received a green tea that I did not enjoy.
One of Starbucks most architecturally favorable places to Study, Relax, Work, and hangout all rolled into one. Excellent meeting place known for its local university students and faculty members as well as the numerable professionals doting the neighborhood's general layout and proximity to downtown Seattle. Great for families and even kids of all ages. Its appeal is more distinctive than other cafés in the same latitude. Prices probably are generally more modest than before.
Always great service and friendly staff. It's a little packed all the time but it's because of there superbe customer service skills and atmosphere. Very good location for coffee. They even have a spot for your children to sit and be themselves.😀
There's a wide range among starbucks stores, and this is one of the better ones. Remodeled summer 2010, it's got lots of seating, a fireplace, and plenty of power outlets. The staff here is great, and the atmosphere is better than most.
Good coffee and location. Morning staff is unpleasant. This has been the case for the year I've worked in the area, stopping in off and on before work. This morning Suzanne said "yeah" when I walked up to the register. She took my order, swiped my card and walked away. I had to ask if we were settled and she said yes like I was bothering her. This is one example after many terrible encounters, hence the time I'm taking to write a review. Afternoon and evening staff is the opposite and my experience is always great.
The coffee and pastries are what you would expect from Starbucks - probably not the best, but not bad neither. However, it's the interior that makes this place to stand out - with cozy chairs near the fireplace, it's really nice to seat there with a cup of coffee.
Super-friendly folks behind the counter, fast service and great drinks. One of the best experiences I've had at any coffee shop in recent memory. Thank you!
