My go to Starbucks. The staff are really nice and they make accurate drinks. Parking lot is small but there is street parking on the eat side of the building. Please do not idle in the parking lot blocking people in. I've tried to get out of a parking spot many times and it's difficult when 3 cars are waiting in the lot. Just pull through and leave there isn't a spot. I do it and walking is good for you
Out of all the Starbucks in the area this one is the worst. Every time they make my drink wrong and all I ask for is extra foam and each time it comes filled to the rim with not a drip of foam! And they have double the employees all the other locations have and it takes twice as long to get your drink.

This Starbucks makes the best cup of Joe in all of West Seattle. Go here! Excellent customer service, everyone is extra nice and friendly:) you won't be disappointed!
The Batista named Maddison have outstanding customer service. She greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. My order was just the way I like it.
The worst Starbucks! Service is bad, drinks subpar. They never say hello or thank you. Don't waste your time and money here.
The staff here are so kind and friendly. Management, I hope you are kind to them as well! We all need a little love and appreciation.
Typical consistent Starbucks experience, however parking is the worst and their employees park in the lot, taking up 2 of the total 6 parking spots... (White Jeep Patriot and silver Toyota 4Runner)... not a problem, but these two cars are openers, There’s tons of street parking available on the other side of the building. They should park there in the morning so that the parking lot is available to customers during the busiest hours of the day while people are scrambling to work. As a former Starbucks partner at 5 different stores, I never let my employees park in the parking lot, especially when there’s limited parking.... every morning it’s a nightmare. If I don’t order my drink on the app, and double park behind the employee cars so that I can run and go quickly, I’m screwed, haha. Oh well, make it great day everyone!
Extremely disappointed with this location. The barista made many drinks after my order. When I reported this to the manager she explained it away with a straight face. I requested my money back and she gave it to me without a genuine apology nor attempt to recover so I didn't have to leave the store without my drink. She simply did not care. I will never go back there again.
They are really nice in this Starbucks! They really know their drinks and are very willing to make any changes for gluten and dairy. They help in a very kind way, and it is very much appreciated.
