I came in to get fitted for my wedding and Ashley from the Salt Lake City store was a big help. She was super friendly and made the experience easy.

I went in for a return of a couple items that weren't for me that I had ordered online. Tony was extremely helpful with the refund and showed me some new products I may like based on some questions he asked about products that I've tried and liked. I went in with the intent to get a couple more of the shirts I wear all the time and came out $17 ahead and some new products that I absolutely love! Tony was a true pleasure to work with!

Staff is beyond amazing! Sweet and attentive I would definitely recommend shopping here. Miguel, Sarah Antonio were beyond pleasant. They all took the time to make sure I was in love with my clothes before purchase. Definitely check them out.

I never could find a suit that fits perfect until I found Sate and Liberty. Material and fit is top notch. They were super knowledgeable and helpful. The Denver Cherry Creek location has great customer service. They really went above and beyond to make my experience great. Highly recommend!

I had my appointment set and unfortunately hit terrible traffic showing up almost a half hour late. State and Liberty was going ncredibly accomodating even though they were very busy. During my appointment a disgruntled guest showed up who was unbelievably rude yet Tony and his team exhibited patience and professionalism in their conduct. Tony, Travis and Talia were incredibly helpful not just with my tux fitting but also with different products that they did not have in store where they helped me locate somewhere that would and helped me match everything. I am not a particularly fashionable guy but with there help and expertise I am incredibly happy. This location is incredibly professional, has high quality products, and demonstrates wonderful customer service. I look forward to working with them again soon.

Unless you want to be max stressed and risk not getting any of your suits on time for your wedding I would avoid this shop like the plague. We ordered 4 suits for myself and the groomsmen and 3 out of 4 had issues. (Surprise, the 3 that were ordered from the Denver location). My suit had the wrong lining and had to be redone, cutting it incredibly close and adding undue stress. The groomsmen's suits were messed up with the wrong stitching and the wrong sizes and needed to be redone. They sent one groomsman away with the “full suit” but luckily he checked the bag, because they didn’t include his pants!! Again, they were going to send a groomsman, to a wedding in a different state, without his pants. They gave the ole “hehe oops the pants aren’t actually ready” and now have to rush to get them tailored correctly with 24 hours remaining. Avoid, avoid, avoid! They take no accountability for their errors and mistakes or the massive stress that they cause to the bride and groom. I deeply regret going to this store and would like for you to avoid the stress that they have caused me. I award them 1 star and a grade of F- -. Get your store in order! Update: Madi reached out and spoke with me about the frustrations I had. It sounds like they are implementing some changes that will make things better at this store. She went out of her way to help make things right and show that they really do care about their customers. Good luck to anyone reading this. For what it's worth, the product itself is great and things might be better there now.

State and Liberty is top notch. They helped me and my entire wedding party get suited up for my big day. We felt right at home and they definitely took care of us from start to end. Highly recommend!

I went in to look at some suits and it was not an enjoyable experience. I had looked online at some suits for a wedding but the manager Thalia, my first point of contact, was not very helpful. The information in person she gave varied from online and was too casual in her language and demeanor, and for my wedding I am looking for transparency and professionalism.

The folks at State & Liberty were great. Morgen helped me and she was particularly exceptional. The suits fit me off the rack, which is something I’ve never experienced. I walked in to see what they had and left with two suits.

Rachael and Megan saved me from myself...with no fashion sense I'd have been easy prey for the sleepy salesperson but came out under budget and looking sharp. Had a great experience definately coming back for the winter line. Also wrinkle free shirts that actually feel nice are my new standard.
