I highly recommend Structural Engineering & Inspections. The engineer who came to our home and the work he did was excellent.
Could not have won my case in General Sessions without a structural engineering firm like SEI who will work for homeowners that are caught in a legal debacle with a contractor who did not do their job correctly.
"Money Hungry" They lied about the time spent onsite & time spent on writing up an extensive report only to charge extra fees. Both are (not typical) in the paperwork they send out by the way. In my opinion they are extortionist by withholding documents until they collect any remaining fees above the initial $575.00 fee.
Like a well done steak, or a weekend away at a resort; sometimes quality is worth paying for, and even though I wouldn't know what the going rate is for an engineering professional, I definitely feel I've gotten my money's worth.
I would highly recommend to anyone needing an home inspection for a refinance. They were prompt and courteous and had my report completed the next day as promised. This was a seamless transaction.
Thorough, quick, and efficient. A great way to have some peace-of-mind prior to purchasing a home with a few cracks. They offer realistic solutions that fit any budget and are very responsive! Would recommend, A+!
