We have been working with Styer Rep since 2022 and I can tell you first hand that every single one of their properties are picture perfect! This is because they always have everything ready to go upon arrival and every property has its own unique style and staging. Their entire team has been great to work with and I'm glad we have been able to serve them.
This management group is truly exceptional in their attention to detail and care! They are the BEST OF THE BEST! Nothing is too hard or small for their team to handle. You truly feel like their only client.
Initially I was nervous. But Ms. Sara ensured everything would be taken care of, which it was. The home was beautiful, the neighborhood wasn’t bad. It accommodated my family of five and my puppy. I really needed this because I was in the pieces of moving, due to the military, and no hotels would house five of us for a month. Well… more than a month. I had to extend due to my leasing office not having my property ready in time. BUT Ms. Sara was very helpful and generous. So I’d say they are military friendly and big family friendly and pet friendly. Thank you so much for everything and making our experience so comfortable.

I’ve had a great experience with Styer Hospitality Co. They are professional, responsive, and make renting my condo as a mid-term rental completely stress-free. Communication is clear, tenants have been excellent, and my property is well cared for. I highly recommend them to any owner looking for reliable property management team.
