Used Sunshine constructions for our master bedroom remodeling project. From customer service to attention to detail, everything was top notch. I would highly recommend them for any construction related work
BUYER BEWARE!! We terminated our contract with Sunshine Construction after four months because they failed to secure a permit for us and were very difficult to communicate with and get ahold of. Under the terms of the formal Termination Agreement, Sahil (the owner) agreed to return our deposit in full within 10-15 business days as well as all documentation related to the permits. Once signed, Sahil and his entire office staff have failed to return any calls or texts in the past 3 weeks. *Update* On the 15th business day Sahil sent us a digital check that bounced 2 days later due to "insufficient funds." By law, our deposit should have been in a secure account and not used for other business expenses or projects. Sunshine Construction owes us over $36k! I am now forced to sue him for my deposit.
I wanted to convert my pool from chlorine to saltwater and called multiple companies, but I didn't receive any callbacks. The companies that did come out seemed lacking in knowledge about saltwater pools and conversions. However, the team from Sunshine Construction answered their phone, came out the next day, and gave us a quote. They were very knowledgeable about saltwater pools and conversions and offered us a very fair price. Based on their expertise and the information they provided, there was no other choice for us. They completed the conversion early this spring, and my family and I have been enjoying our saltwater pool ever since. Thank you, Sunshine. If you are looking for a fair quote and knowledgeable staff, there is no better choice than Sunshine.

He abandoned my project. At first Sahil was great, then he sent me an email saying he was in court and if they did not settle he would lose his company. That was 4 months ago and I have not heard from him since. I have sent him 11 unanswered text messages.
Sunshine built our pool and spa 2 years ago. They were professional throughout the entire process. The company does our weekly service. The team is always responsive and quick to problem solve any issues. I have had bad stories about pool contractors from our friends. We fell in love with their 3D designs. It was a game changer. The whole design process was very helpful, really helped us understand what the backyard was gonna look like and make changes accordingly. Sahil was very patient, took the time to understand our preferences, budget, and backyard layout to recommend the perfect fiberglass pool design for our needs. We have had experiences with contractors where they come back with change orders because they didn’t measure something right or didn’t account for something. Sunshine was a little bit more expensive but they never asked us for a penny over the committed price. The field guys were exceptional and very friendly. We felt very comfortable with them in our backyard.
