Ordered etching solution on Friday and was promised Saturday delivery. They Insured us that it would ship Friday for a Saturday delivery. They FAILED to ship. That being said, stopped production for 5 individuals for 3 days. No one answers the phone or reply's to email requests on the weekend.
I had some questions about some of the items I saw on their website, about quality and materials of it. The associate Thomas was really helpful in explaining everything to me. He was helpful, and showed great customer service.
I ordered microfuge tubes from their website because the price was very good. It turned out that the price was not updated. However, they sent me the tubes as the listed price and they were very responsible for their business.

He was polite, concise knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions so that I could place my order. these are great people to work with! When I inquired about a small sample bottle of Schiff's reagent for some secondary ed teachers I was helping train, the company responded immediately. I did NOT expect a full stock bottle of the reagent I had asked about! We are in a small northern Mi community, and I do the training gratis. This was very generous and very much appreciated! Deceptive listing of items as in stock then when you place the order they tell you it will ship in one month. Notified them of the erroneous in stock claim, they said they would update it and they have not its been a few days I sent another email and they disregarded my inquiry on why it was still listed in stock. Shady shady, a positive though is they seem to have good customer support each email was responded to fast. Consumers have rights too if you find yourself in a shady situation with this company contact your bank, credit card company and get the charges reversed. Also you can contact their payment processor Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and file a complaint. The FTC also protects the consumer against fraudulent tactics so a complaint opened with them as well would be beneficial. Happy Easter everyone at Sycamore Life Sciences
