I was having email problems and Ryan figured out it had to do with the cloud server. Technician was super helpful and quick to diagnose problem and fix. I would definitely say give TechIT Services a call if you are having any kind of email problems.
I have never had to call out an IT professional in the 30 years of running my insurance agency. So if I need to have someone come out, the problem is next level. Well, I came up against it trying to connect a brand new Dell Windows 11 Pro computer to my office network. I tried to call Microsoft but they don't make it easy and you have to pay for support. I decided I would rather find a local Microsoft Certified Pro on my own. I called TechiT and talked to Ryan about the issue. He sent out Gabriel the very next morning. Long story short, Gabriel got us all straightened out. Gabriel knows his stuff, is thoughtful, resourceful, and tenacious. Thank you Gabriel! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TechiT as they have very fair rates, and work efficiently to keep the time spent on issues to a minimum. Bottom line, they have integrity. Thank you Ryan and Gabriel!
