One load was enough. Takes advantage of driver's time by not compensating for long times to get loaded when it "was ready and would be a quick load" therefore they meet the definition of CHEAP freight. Substandard driver treatment is not acceptable and we would not recommend hauling for this company.
Good reviews here are fake.. Carriers, Drivers, Shippers STAY AWAY from this company. Unprofessional lying company in every way. We booked load with Trent Williams, came at shipper on time, load wasn't ready and this broker refused to pay us TONU. Just STAY AWAY.
A company is considered good when it meets certain criteria such as good customer service, standards, values and inspires positive culture. I and people I know won’t be doing business with this company anymore. When we waited for 9 hours for their freight to be loaded on our truck and then they don’t want to pay the detention pay for 7 hours. Broker and his supervisor did all their effort to run us around. Finding excuses and blaming us so they don’t have to pay. Even the broker made a comment that he would throw a bone to us for a couple of hours of detention. But not the entire detention. There were 20 some trucks ahead of us to be loaded and 12 some when we left. We sat there hungry, sweating and did not complain about the wait because we knew detention will pay us. That is not right nor professional by any means. Where is your ethics and values?
Worked with David on a 9 drop load. Very professional and responded appropriately. Communication was top tier and our field team had no issues picking up or delivering. Would love to work with this company again!
Just a bad group of people. I completed a load for them and they’ve refused to pay. Called multiple times and always direct me to “Operations Team” but there’s never anyone in operations team that can help me. Still unpaid til this day. Stay away…
