Called the number from Google. Dispatch answered, said they had high call volume, asked why I was calling. Stated was inquiring about any consultation process - should I fill out a form, request a call back, etc. They stated I could explain situation and then I’d get a call back for consultation. I explained consisely, all the while they were asking for further detail and saying sorry that happened, can you explain this detail better, etc. End of call she asked my pay which I assumed was just another detail question. She asked if I made x amount annually. I said no. She then said “We are at capacity and will need to end the call as we are not taking new clients.” It seems I am too poor to even have a consultation I guess. They should just say that upfront instead of wasting 10 minutes of my time and collecting all my personal and contact information. Super weird. The person sounded like a bot.
