Had a pretty unfortunate experience with one of their intake personnel. They didn't even hear the full extent of details about our case before immediately tone changing and dismissing me with a stock line of "we are at capacity for these types of cases and are only working on hourly rate." When I tried to ask any questions about what had just happened, she became perceivably upset and simply repeated herself verbatim rather than answer any of my questions directly.

My experience with Prinz Law Firm was absolutely terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this firm solely on their professionalism and the fact that they shared they are short staffed and overworked. I called and left a message where no one called back. Three weeks later I called again, left a message regarding my case, when Susan (office admin) returned my call she asked me how I plan to pay the hourly rate without a job because their firm doesn’t do contingencies. Super insensitive way of phrasing that given what I went through. This is after she said the attorneys at the staff were short staffed, overworked and there were no availabilities with the attorneys for weeks out. I found all of the information a bit odd for an employment discrimination law firm and asked for the partners email (Kristen Prinz). Susan refused to share and said you can look it up online (it wasn’t on their website by the way). When I wrote to Kristen - partner at the firm - she confirmed and validated Susan’s actions and statements. I’m sharing my experience because I would have avoided this firm if I knew this is their “norm” and how they proudly operate. I can’t imagine them handling my case and I wouldn’t trust anyone they would refer.
