Purchased a 90,000 btu fryer from this store. No fault of theirs, the fryer had a pilot light issue. It was extremely easy to speak with them and have a replacement immediately. Thank you.
Chantel was outstanding! She did an excellent job of helping me find everything I needed that I was unsure of availabilty/location for my first visit. The whole staff was friendly and helpful as well, I just don't recall all their names. 😞 Overall, I'm actually looking forward to my next visit because of the great pricing and wide availability of products! I hope they are able to expand their already wide, free delivery in the future as it sounds to be a great value.
Great staff and plenty restaurant items you wouldn’t usually find in restaurant depot.I made an order online and drove 4 hrs to pick up. I would suggest having more lighting more so in the back were the cups and cleaning supplies are. Overall will be back !
This place is a breath of fresh air for me. Friendly staff always willing to help and a well stocked clean place to shop. All the items i used to order online are now ready to pick up. Great job guys!
Clean and tidy store, unlike the store around the corner. The best part was not getting almost flipped over by a forklift, the guy on the forklift was very nice and had barriers to keep people out of harms way! Everyone is very welcoming as soon as you walk in! Kiki and Sherita were very helpful on my visit.
This place is culinary heaven! This place is HUGE, very organized and cleaned. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have great, reasonable prices as well. I just signed up for a membership and can’t wait to return.

Very friendly crew especially the beautiful Emma 😍 and the very active and polite Gabriel. I am definitely enjoying shopping there. I wish this store stay around in Jax forever and restaurants start ordering from there to have more deals and reduce more the prices for a win-win situation.
We don’t have the restaurant store where I am from, so it was awesome to stop by before my travels to see the newly opened store. I was greeted and assisted from start to finish wish so much positivity by Shantel and she is a Star! Hands down— she gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. All with a smile on her face. She’s a keeper! Her hard work and positive attitude is hard to miss. I will definitely be recommending all my Florida friends and family business owners to stop by and say hi to Shantel!
