The pricing, speed of delivery, and quality at Thompson Print can't be beat! I've gotten several large die cut gatorboard and maxmetal signs for my shop printed and was extremely pleased with the service and results. Sterling Thompson rocks and responds to every email of mine within hours if not minutes.
Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with this company. There’s WAY too much to write but here’s a summary. 1. Defective quality (gloss peeling on business cards, incorrect information on business cards, defect in written format of materials previously asked about via email and not correctly carried over on envelopes). *Business cards were corrected by business after multiple attempts (however outstanding issue is envelopes) 2. Failure to follow instructions multiple times. 3. Poor customer service in mediating/ fixing final issues. 4. Front team and design team seem to have a disconnect. When there’s changes to be made, changes are lost or forgotten. 5. Had to pay another business to get what I needed done correctly. 6. Requested to speak to a supervisor several times via email to which all requests were ignored. Pros: reasonable pricing, but not worth it if quality issues, and failure to follow directions remain.

I have worked with Trevor for almost 2 years and it is always a pleasure. He listens to what I want/need and makes certain I get that. His level of customer service is off the charts. I had a rush project that I needed to be done in 24 hours, and he and his team got it done and did not charge extra.
