Misleading and terrible.
Tocci and Lee has dealt with my business's employment law including employee documents such as agreements, forms and compliance, for teh past 5 years. Their attorneys are very professional, knowledgeable, always respond quickly and are reasonably priced. Our corporation is uncompromising when it comes to the quality we will except and Tocci and Lee have always exceeded or expectation.
Avoid! They will take your money and get rid of you! I made the terrible decision of hiring them to help me apply for a green card. At some point in the process, I asked if I could safely travel to Europe, they said yes. Well they got it wrong, I got stuck in Dublin... Quite annoying, but mistakes happen. After working with customs for 2 days, they finally found a way to clear me for re-entering the US. At that point, I contacted the lawyers to let them know about their mistake and ask if they would help me pay for my 2 hotel nights in Dublin. As an answer, they dropped me as a client, keeping 100% of their fee! I told them I would just pay for the hotel myself, but that didn't help. So there I was, in the middle of a green card process without a lawyer, and not much money left... Luckily, some honest lawyers accepted to take over, and I recently got my green card!
Excellent, well-prepared law firm. I’d recommend to anyone who is trying to protect their rights as an employer or an employee.
