Lily helped us out today, we ended up with a really nice backpack and with her knowledge of the company it really impressed me. Lots of good options of clothes and backpacks. Thanks for the individual service you gave me. Have a good day
The staff (Morgan) was absolutely incredible! She was super helpful, had a ton of knowledge about the bags and other products features, even very minor differences. Best part was she was not pushy at all, she listened to our interests and gave solid recommendations. Morgan is a great example of the perfect blend between sales and service. Very very happy after this visit to the store. Morgan had a huge impact on my mindset and outlook on Topo’s products and brand as a whole. 10/10 would recommend a trip to this store if your on the fence about any Topo products!
Just noticed this location today and couldn’t resist buying a new bag. I bought the mini rover (I also own the rover classic which I’ve had for 7 happy years). Danielle and Premise were kind enough to switch out the para-cord for me so that I could enjoy a more vibrant shade of purple. I love this company and their gear is such good quality. I noticed they also sell luggage. I’ll be back for that before my next flight.
Incredible Local Products and Fantastic Travel Gear! We visited the Topo Designs Base Camp location, and I was blown away by the amazing locally designed products they have available. If you’re looking for high-quality gear with a local touch, this is the place to go. The global travel bags especially stood out—extremely lightweight but super strong and robust, perfect for any adventure. The staff were outstanding—knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly friendly. They took the time to walk us through their products and make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. If you’re in Denver and in need of well-designed, durable travel gear or everyday outdoor essentials, I highly recommend stopping by Topo Designs. You won’t be disappointed!
Bought the carry on, got it home then realized its wheels only go two directions, front and back, meaning it's kind of worthless to walk through an airport or city street unless you only go forwards and don't make any turns. Returned.
Great customer service and products. Thanks Morgan for the help and the treat for our four legged shopping companion!
