Nathan and Osman, and previously Bill, have always handled our loads professionally and courteously. Their rates are consistent and reasonable, and their communication always meets our needs. Whether you need a flatbed, van, conestoga or lowboy, give Trinity a shot on brokering your next load.
Had a problem on a load with Trinity due to wrong timing that Trinity sold us the load. While sitting 2 days now waiting for a solution, a broker Stephen T, could not figure it out. While we asked to speak with a Supervisor to address an issue and have higher ups involved, Stephen T refused and simply dropped the phone. You do not hang up the phone on a carrier that asking to speak with a supervisor while have TRINITY load in it is a trailer sitting patiently, waiting on your mistake. Very unprofessional behavior and bad look for Trinity.
