Not only do they have an exceptional selection of delicious gourmet products (I’m on the East Coast and they are my preferred vendor) they are absolutely brilliant business owners. Had a hiccup with the labeling of an item online and I got misty eyed at their response to correct the error. They have me as a customer for life

Wine and truffle tasting

I go here for Italian hazelnut spread (what Nutella aspires to be), pistachio butter and truffle oil. They give out samples too. And they take care of shipping so it's a nice place to shop for gifts.

They didn’t mind the outside food I had brought over and instead of kicking me out offered me to try their $10 wine sampler, generous sample pours and they let you pick 3 to try. Would definitely abuse their seating again to try another sampler 10/10 would highly recommend. 😉

I hate having to write a negative review on this place since it’s been one of my favorite places in my time in Seattle. However the miscommunication and lack of service recovery that’s been done to me is something that needs to be heard. And I surely hope this doesn’t happen to future purchasers. In April I purchased a seat to the food and wine pairing event for May 17th. I called on May 17th to confirm the time to be there and was told there wasn’t an event that night and that it was on May 31st. Not a big deal, because I would still be in town. Last night I show up and everything is locked up. After reaching out on Facebook, I am told that the event got changed and somehow I got missed. I did receive a refund but I also spent $30 on lyfts to the event, and $5 for parking to get my refund. So now I’m out $35 because of a mistake on truffle cafes behalf. Seriously disappointing in a place that I have loved and looked forward to it being one of the last things I do before I leave Seattle.

Love sitting here for wine and food tastings. The staff really know their craft and take care of their customer. I've had them ship items to me and they know how to treat their products.

A small shop with a fairly large selection of various truffle oils and pastes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of items are available for tasting. Try the truffled salt; it has a surprisingly intense truffle flavor.

Bought a tiny jar of truffle salt, for what seemed like a lot of money. Three years later, we're still using the same small container, and it is great stuff. It can make a TV dinner taste like an expensive meal.

This used to be a favorite spot but their customer service is trash. About a month ago I called the store 18 times before a staff member finally picked up the phone. Since I didnt get a answer I bought the ingredients I needed from the grocery store only to learn from the shop's staff member after the fact that the thing I needed was out of stock. Then tonight, I drove 40 mins to the shop arriving at 5:35pm (they close at 6) only for the staff member to say they're closed because "no one was coming in."
