Two Men and a Truck is simply clutch! Their commitment to quality, professionalism and efficiency is beyond expectations every time!! From packing, to load out and load in, and well beyond. Need something hung on the wall, need them to hotshot back and forth, want the moving boxes and trash removed - they've got your back!! And all without a single complaint, on the contrary, smiling and positive attitudes and proactive critical thinking skills. And when was the last time something got moved with out at least a small thing breaking, not with Two Men & A Truck! And who knew, it can be 2 Men and a Truck or $ Men and Two Trucks, etc, etc... We are extremely impressed, but hardly surprised. Do yourself a favor, if you're looking a partner in moving, just know: YOU'VE FOUND YOUR TRIBE!! (fyi - if you're seeing this post multiple times, it's because 2 Men & A Truck helped us on a multiple staged and staggered move over 4 consecutive weekends. Ive lived in 6 countries and Ive moved dozens of times, & this was by far the best moving experience ever. There was awesome care for all the items being moved, big and small. The work was painfully physical, I mean there were some heavy pieces of furniture, not one complaint, in fact the chaps worked about 8 hours includung a small lunch break, and maintained a smile the entire time. Thanks to all of you for your hard work (none of you can ever be called lazy thats for sure 😁) , your hard work with great attitude is really appreciated, why else would i take the time to write this review., I cannot recommend you more highly. Mervin and Josue. I had a great experience. The service was extremely fast without ever feeling rushed. They took exceptional care of all my belongings and handled everything professionally from start to finish. Everything was done completely by the book, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. They were also very patient and answered every question I had along the way. Highly recommend them if you want a reliable, careful, and efficient moving team.
To say I'm disappointed with my moving experience would be an understatement. From start to finish I wished I had picked a different company. The men weren't prepared with tools to take furniture apart and had to borrow mine that I luckily had. They had poor attitudes each time I told them something was being moved upstairs. They broke a desk chair and didn't say anything. They damaged paint on my stair railing and didn't say anything. My mattress was left propped against a wall due to them leaving hardware behind for my bedframe and a week later I'm still trying to fix the damage that was done. I reached out to quality control about these issues and have yet to have any kind of response to my many emails asking about what the next steps are.
