It was quicker and easier to split pay as well as picking the items you are paying for. A lot faster too and convenient for waiters and waitresses due to having a busy shift.
I paid with Up 'n go recently and it was such a quick, easy, efficient, and fun way to pay. I will be looking to dine at more restaurants using Up 'n go!
The best and easiest contactless payment service around! Especially for large groups, you can just select your items that you ordered, so simple! I hope it goes into every restaurant!!
It was quick and easy. We were a little confused about adding tax but we paid the right total amount in the end. Very cool app. Every restaurant should make use of this.
The dinner and the server were wonderful... the suggestion to pay thru my phone seemed ok EXCEPT when i received the complete bill email statement there was an added tip of $12 and change WHEN I HAD ALREADY GIVEN A VERY VERY GENEROUS $25 CASH TIP. The $12 plus tip should be removed there was NO INTENT OF GIVING A PRACTICALLY 75% TIP... I am generous but this is OUTRAGEOUS!!!
This is a terrible system. I tried to pay with Apple Pay through this contactless system and received an error message twice. I entered my card information the third time and it appeared to work. I immediately checked my bank and found that all three charges went through. I informed our waiter who checked with a manager who said there was only one charge. Initially it was just a hold but the following day all three transactions were post to my bank.
Senior citizens are not too computer savy so having to go on line to pay for our dinner was problematic. Als o, not having hard copies of menus was not pleasant. Not the way I hoped our 40th anniversary dinner would turn out, too bad because the food & service was very good
UPnGo is great to use. It was quick and easy for our group to split our check without any issues; that’s been a problem with some other contactless payments I’ve tried using before. Simple and perfect for pandemic times and the future, doubt we’ll be going backwards with this tech.
Dorane was a great server! We waited two hours on the wait-list! It was absolutely wonderful- being from Philadelphia food tends to not be impressive! HIGHLY suggest this restaurant and the strawberry croissant !
Having recently visited Nashville for the first time, I had breakfast there and found the food to be quite enjoyable. The service was great. I would certainly recommend this place!
