Great mix of bulk and smaller size packages at a good price. Everything from industrial cleaning supplies, full cuts of meat, and fresh produce. The selection of flavored syrups is insane.

Excellent customer service has always made a huge impression on me and is something that I really value. We popped into US Foods CHEF'STORE to grab an essential for a project and had trouble finding it. Gavin, the kindest and most professional human I've encountered in a shopping environment in a long time, came quickly to support and did so with a style that feels so rare and special these days. There are plenty of places and ways to source products in our modern world —the "above and beyond" kind and professional attitude that Gavin gifted us with during our recent shopping experience is one that will bring me back to this spot over others.

Great place for bulk, large quantity food stuff. Do you need 50 pounds suger? This is the place. 12 pounds of pork loin? They got it and it's cheap. Or my favorite, 5 gallon bucket of soy sauce. Oh, and the staff is really nice.

I noticed that Cash & Carry no longer exists and a new name, US Foods Chef'store is in its place which took me by surprise. I've been going to Cash and Carry for years and while the employees are still the same friendly folk, the prices have increased. An example is the beef brisket, it has increased 1 dollar a pound and I noticed that both brands are the same price. In November 2020 when I last bought a brisket there was a price difference between the two brand choices. This is no longer the case and the dollar increase adds a considerable cost to the final price. Also, selection is not as good as it was which is a real bummer. I'm not sure why Cash and Carry is no more and why the new "brand" decided to raise prices but the customer once again loses. Maybe it was this location but I've been coming to this location for a good while and I have never seen such a poor selection even during 2020. After some quick research I found that a financial group in NY bought the Smart Foodservice Warehouse Stores (Cash and Carry) for 970 million so of course prices are going to increase.... So much for having a place to shop that isn't owned by hedge funds.

Edit: Still amazed by the consistency of the high quality Service! Came back multiple times and im still beeing treated very well. Love this store. Also happy to still see Nolan! Im really glad I came to this store! I needed some help, and a young Gentleman came right over and helped me out. He even helped me carrying my stuff in my car since i have a bad back! Unfortunately he wasn't wearing a nametag, but I think his name was Nolan. He most certainly deserves a raise! I will definitely come back! Nice and tidy store, nice and helpfull employees. Would give more stars if possible.

The staff are VERY knowledgeable and more than willing to help with whatever you need! They ask every transaction if you need help loading the groceries into your car. Open to the public. Formerly cash and carry. Sunday, they open at 8 am, not a minute earlier.

Loved my first time here. The guys working were so nice and helpful so they get all the high fives. This place has everything for you to stock up if you hate always buying staples constantly. Get all the cooking supplies here and the cleaning products too. Greta for businesses and normal folk looking to stock up. Will be back.

Love this place. Lots of great things in bulk. Prices have gone up significantly in the past 5 years. Used to be a hidden gem. Still worth it for many items but shop smart. Some things are not worth the quantity you get for the quality.

I've been shopping at this store for nearly 10 years in one of their locations or another and now that it is US foods, I feel like it has gone downhill tremendously. But today I felt it was necessary to leave a review because it was a specific person that really made me feel like an idiot even though my request was very reasonable. I walked into the walk-in freezer where they sell food, meat and fish and fries and all of that stuff, I buy a box of mahi-mahi which the price under it is $29. I get up to the counter and the price is $39 which makes a huge difference on 5 lb of fish. The person that was checking me out went to the freezer to go check the prices and everything while another man that was not involved in my who? I didn't catch the name of but he was a larger bald guy. Not too old and first he assumed that I was asking about something else which is neither here or there. But then when I told him what I was curious about, he made me feel like I was insane for suggesting that the price that's underneath the box of food that I'm buying isn't going to match the price that it actually was selling for. He kept telling me that people usually don't buy this fish out of the freezer. They buy it out of the window that is on the outside of the freezer, but that then wouldn't make sense that you would still have prices inside of the freezer. He just kept repeating that people don't buy stuff out of the freezer. Well yes they do buy things out of the freezer. So I think it is a very reasonable assumption that the price that is attached to the box on the shelf maybe should be the price that the product is actually selling for and if it isn't, say that you're going to change it instead of just looking at me and becoming exasperated and walking away, shaking your head and acting like I was some type of inconvenience. I get it. Everybody at the stores seems to be upset now all of the time. I'm not sure if it's a management thing or what, but the customer service has gone down tremendously and I really don't think that it was a proper response to a very reasonable request. I didn't get angry. I did not raise my voice. All I suggested is that it was inconvenient that the price attached to the box that I was trying to buy was not the price that the box was selling for.
