Ida Sexton is who I usually contact. I had an egd appointment today at the ddc. I reached out to her several days ago. She responded today that no one was available only hours before my appointment time. Disgusting, incompetent, inconsiderate experience. Someone please recommend other service providers if you read this comment because I had to postpone my appt.
Nurses are rude. No one calls you back when an emergency occurs. I don't recommend this company.
