Be aware of this company. This is a fraudulent company.they keep increasing the price for no reason.even we already reduced some items. We contacted the manager, nobody take care of this issue. This company is horrible!
Beware of this company!!! They will make false promises to get you to sign a contract and then deliver the worst service and products. They constantly sent wrong products and make errors on the invoices, then won't respond when you try to have them correct it. After going back and forth for months they finally agreed to let us out of our contract with "no penalties" then turned around and charged us over $7500 for uniforms that we returned to them. The local territory manager, Ivan, send me multiple emails promising credit and the amount we would be receiving. Last week I was contacted by a collection agency, with no prior notice. When I called to question why, I was told that the credits had been denied. I hate that I have to leave 1 star, I wish there was a 0 star option. Worst experience I have had with a company on my 20+ years. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT enter into any contract with them.
Owner.........I have contacted your team about my issues and my wish to cancel our "service" but they like to hide behind your " We have 30 days to fix your issue. Guess what? even after this request was made, and I spoke to a Territory manager and local GM, I got all these "promises" about everything they were going to fix and do better. The very next "service" we were shorted pants for the week. This has been the worst "service" we have ever had and we need to be allowed to leave our contract, at NO COST! This has been a complete disaster and waste of time!
I give aramark a 2 out of 5, Because miscommunication with my check and HR did not give me a solution. I because concern where minds be at when they view people on a daily basic because the choices and decision matters
Missed services, dirty uniforms Horrible experience! Stuck in our contract with no way out. Don't consider them!
I dont like this place at all very hot working environment they send out clothes that are still dirty...
