We use Aramark at Tricky Fish in Fort Worth. We recently had a change in delivery drivers.. and I am so pleased with Cody, he always anticipates our needs , and is always great at communicating with us. He's a true example of hospitality!
Aramark is a good company that provides us with towels, aprons, napkins, mop heads, and floor mats. Chad is always on time and always take cares of us at my restaurant at El Chico Cafe. When we have an issue he always resolves it as soon as possible. When he is running low on materials he lets know and shows up the next day with them. Overall I have never had a problem with them. Chad is always on top of things.
Our Aramark driver is always on time, polite and friendly. He takes note of any request and changes we need which has been a bit due to be a new account, Aramark delivers those request and our driver update if there is any delay. No issues with billing.
Ryan Parker has provided us with professional service for multiple years now. His communication is prompt, he is efficient while servicing our location, and meets all standards myself and management expect.
Stephen sometimes delivers to our restaurant and he always goes over and beyond to ensure we are taken care of. I love that he even checks in on us to ensure his drivers are delivering excellent service as well. Thank you for all you do!
Steven is by far the best employee that Aramark has. He has always been very nice, respectful and if you need something he does his best to help you out. If there is a discrepancy with the billing, he always makes sure it is corrected. We were being heavily over charged and receiving half the product we were ordering until he took over. Steven is definitely the reason we have kept Aramark.
Absolutely love working with Rodney! He always has such a positive attitude and is super helpful with everything!! Ten out of ten would recommend using this company every time!
Extremely unprofessional company. Does not honor contact and extremely difficult to do business with. I would not suggest this company!! Over charging people and not accepting cancellation. About to be forced to hire an attorney to handle this.
O'Neal always does a wonderful job for our office! He is friendly, professional and does his best to make sure we are stocked up on clean linens. We know we're in good hands with with him and Aramark!
