I have had the best experience with Aviso Retention! As a part of the implementation team at my college, I worked very closely with multiple staff at Aviso and everyone has been so easy to work with and super helpful. This program has really had an amazing impact on how we help students be successful at our institution and our faculty and staff LOVE it!

Our institution was seeking an early alert system that would allow for early alert monitoring and tracking through the use of a user-friendly interface. Aviso rocks! As a College Success Coach, I cannot imagine how I could do my job without it. Every day, I pull up Aviso in two windows so I can easily switch between them as I need to get different information throughout my day. Everything I need to know about my students is there. With Aviso, I don't have to flip back and forth between other systems or log out of one screen to look for more information. I have the whole picture right in front of me. With the Predicitve Analytics, I always have a current snapshot of my students which helps me organize my time and know when to reach out before something happens. I appreciate knowing which students might have the most problems so I can find ways to support them and, hopefully, keep them successful and on track to reach their goals. Having a place to write and store notes, send emails and texts, upload documents, and schedule appointments is fantastic! The Aviso Retention staff are professional and helpful. If I have a question or a problem, they are quick to respond and resolve it.
