Walked into this store to buy a custom hat. Could not be more impressed with Dustin’s knowledge and expertise. He shaped me a straw hat right there. Great fit. Dustin briefed me my head shape and size and why this hat fit so well. I ordered their top of the line beaver in black cherry and he took the measurements of my head and then to me clarified why off-the-shelf hats never fit me right. I have spent thousand of dollars over many years trying to get the right hat and this straw hat is great. Three hours later I told my wife that I could not feel the hat on my head that is how good it fit. She went right back to the store and got a straw hat. Again Dustin worked with her and she got a great fit, shape and style . He advised her on crown, brim size, shape to look fashionable while keeping the sun away from her face. She too ordered their top of the line hat. Was measured up, shown the colors, given options, discussed styles and brim. Waiting for delivery but I am sure it will be the one hat. Will make further review when we gat our custom hats.
Dustin is absolute gem to work with when it comes to getting a custom hat, he will fit it just how you need. Also quality of the hats are beyond anything you can get anywhere along with they’re locally sourced out of Weatherford. If you’re ready to invest in a quality hat head on in to see Dustin👍🏽

I was visiting the Stockyards from a recent trip to the JRB and I stumbled into this place. I noticed the nice hats and walked inside, the gentleman at the counter was very distracted with whatever he was eating out of his Styrofoam box when he looked up to kind of acknowledge me. I complimented his hats and inquired about the brands (not understanding they were all custom) His response was very curt saying "these are all custom and they start at X price" as though to imply they were perhaps out of my price range, then he proceeded back to his Styrofoam box food. I watched him do this to another group of people as I was walking out. I'm a local in Dallas so I know where to go if I want a good hat and I have hook ups not to mention $$ is not an obstacle for me however I WONT spend it somewhere where a person doesn't have basic respect for a customer. As a side note I caught up with the customers outside and told them to go down the street to Leddy's where they'll be treated much better
Best hat I've had in a while he took his time to shape my hat an it looks perfect an made sure it was exactly what i wanted this is my goto place now. very nice ppl here an not expensive
