I’d say the staff here could benefit from some customer service skills seminar or something. I’ve never been the type to write a review about something, but this lady was remarkable. They make you feel like you are asking for handouts 😒

Love this place. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like they also will pick 1 or 2 things that you might like to try on too.

My favorite boutique. The staff here is amazing! The selection of clothes is better than other locations and they almost always have my size. When they don't have my size they'll find it elsewhere and have it shipped to my home for free!

I've been a fan of WHBM since I first fell in love with the brand back in late 2017. The clothes are gorgeous; if you have a sophisticated sense of style, then this is your store! The staff at this location have always been very helpful to me, helping me choose pieces that match my sense of style and that could work well with my body type. Since I have a nonstandard body type (I'm transgender), finding pieces which actually work can involve a little trial and error, but that's true of any brand/store. I'm usually a size 14/XL (occasionally I can wear a size 12), which is the largest size that they usually sell in-store. They also have a decently-sized clearance section, although if you are on the upper-end of their size range there are fewer items usually available on sale. All of this talk about sizing reminds me about the fitting rooms. WHBM boutiques in general have gorgeous fitting rooms (not too small), better than many other fashion chains in my opinion; this makes trying on clothes a fairly comfortable experience. Although the fitting rooms have curtains rather than doors, the curtains extend from floor-to-ceiling, are quite heavy (and feel very soft!), and don't have gaps between the edge of the curtain and the wall. Note that the fitting rooms here are a little smaller compared to newer WHBM locations (eg. North East Mall). I'm going to give a 5-star rating since my experiences at this store have always been pleasant.

The customer service at this location was terrible. As I was shopping here the, an older sales lady was obscene and ignored me several times ask I was asking for help. After I had asked for help on at least three occasions finally, i was assisted by an associate who treated me as if I was not good enough to be in her store. After 30 minutes of enduring this, I politely walked out without making a purchase.This being said the selection of dress were great it just too bad the sales team either is taught to treat customers as if they are not good enough to wear their clothing or they are taught that it is acceptable behavior to treat a woman poorly if she enters in a pair of jeans. Either way treatment at this location was enough for me never to return.

I love our Fort Worth location! Tina, Anne, and the rest always take great care of me there. It is always an amazing experience working with them.

As this is a chain store, I give this particular location a 1 star because of the customer service experience I had. The older woman who assisted me was incredibly rude during our encounter and more or less accused me of returning a dress I had worn (which was not the case - I ended up not needing it for the event I purchased it for) due to trace amounts of deodorant, which I assume are a normal, regular occurrence from people (including myself) trying on a darker colored dress, and can be easily removed. She told me the dress was not in salable condition and acted like she did me an enormous favor by 'making an exception' for me and allowing me to return the dress. I'm not a fan of sales associates who treat the customers nicely only if they are purchasing something. I will not return to this location. With that being said, I would highly recommend the downtown FW location over this one due to the stark contrast in customer service.

If I could, I’d give zero stars! My mom and I always shop at this location and have been loyal customers of WHBM for years and have never had an issue until recently. My mom bought me a dress and purchased the wrong size, when my mom went to return it the cashier told her she couldn’t return the item because it had been washed and the tag wasn’t were it was suppose to be. Which in fact had not been washed by us nor had it been moved. When my mom asked to speak to a manager the cashier lied to her and said there were no managers there today to go back another day. However, when I got there she told me there were two managers I could speak with. When I spoke with the manager (Mayra) she implied it was my moms fault for not noticing and purchasing a dress that was already washed!! Such a terrible experience. We will be shopping at other locations from now on.

Tina was so amazing and helpful! I was here shopping for attire for a funeral and not only was she sensitive to my situation but she took care of me from start to finish, saved me money, and steamed my jacket for the funeral happening the very next day. I appreciated her kindness and I really needed it. Thank you so much<3
