Three months ago, I assumed the role of Office Manager and was faced with the unpleasant task of replacing our old IT person. I lamented over how difficult it would be to retrieve firewall and server passwords, delete old user accounts, set up new user logins and passwords and emails, remain HIPAA compliant.
