Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott

I honestly left this store extremely disappointed. The staff were incredibly rude and unwelcoming, and the way I was treated made me feel like my business wasn’t appreciated at all. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but there’s no excuse for speaking to customers disrespectfully or making them feel uncomfortable.

It's a pretty store, but when they greeted me there was no follow up questions like there was with every other client. They followed me around the store, and once they realized I was going to buy something they were so much nicer and asked me questions. "Can I help you with anything else" or "how are you doing" it's such a shame knowing that if someone doesn't look like their type of client they'll dismiss you.

My friend and I wandered in while having lunch nearby and walking around The Pearl just to see what this new Kendra Scott store was all about. It's cute inside - extremely Western-themed (obviously) and there is a small turquoise personalize and make your own jewelry bar. Some really cute and higher end Western clothes and shirts inside along with a few home decor accessories. The two fitting rooms were gorgeous and large and comfy and the staff were friendly to us and let us browse while offering help if needed. Love the location. This is a very cute area.

My husband and I spent the day exploring San Antonio, visiting the Alamo, the River Walk, and finally the Pearl. We stopped into Kendra Scott Yellow Rose because I was excited to find a beautiful piece of jewelry and possibly a few other things to take home. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel as though we weren’t worth their time or attention. We had every intention of making a significant purchase, but the attitude and lack of customer service made that decision very easy. We left empty-handed. What I find particularly disappointing is the air of superiority. This is Kendra Scott, not Chanel, and quite frankly, no customer should ever be made to feel that they’re somehow beneath the people working in a retail store. Luxury isn’t about a price tag or a brand name. It’s about how you make people feel. You never know who is walking through your doors or what they intend to spend. More importantly, it shouldn’t matter. Every customer deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and genuine hospitality. We were looking forward to a little shopping to end an otherwise wonderful day in San Antonio. Instead, we walked away with a very poor impression of this location. Such a missed opportunity.

My wife and I stopped by this store on our way to dinner/show at JazzTx recently. It's apparently newer as I don't remember seeing it the last time we came to the Pearl. We were greeted immediately and all the employees seemed very nice. It's not really my type of store, but my wife liked nearly all the jewelry she was looking at. The lady helping us offered both of us a complimentary drink, which I initially declined because I didn't want some tiny warm water bottle -but then found out it was actually a cold Shiner Bock! Uh, pre-dinner beverage to keep me occupied, yes please. I won't say it was actually free, because we of course ended up buying a couple items, but I thought it was a nice small gesture of appreciation for the customers. They had a few other options, but I tuned them out after she said Shiner. I'm not positive, but I think they have a couple different levels of jewelry, some affordable and some slightly more expensive. Nothing seemed crazy high priced. They also had a small clothing section and area for other accessories like cowboy hats that you customize. I wouldn't know fashion if it smacked me in the face, but all the employees looked great and I could tell they would be a pretty good help, not just trying to upsell. My wife will probably make this a stop every time we head down to Jazz night now.

Echo is the WORST! POORLY MANAGED FACILITY.

Absolutely wonderful staff and everyone was friendly and helpful. Especially Nydia who stayed with me the entire shopping experience! She searched for different sizes and items. She continuously offered me and my friend drinks and even wine! We chatted a lot and she's totally awesome. She was dressed impeccable and all the coworkers!!! It was a fabulous day! Went back 2 days later and same service!!! Definitely worth going here ⭐️👢😊

Went in looking for something for my mother in law. I guess my husband and I don't look like their client base because besides being greeted an older white lady reached right across me to help another group. Rude. Despite being at her custom display looking around she never once asked us if we needed help. Bye Kendra, hire better employees.

communicated I was purchasing a gift and they sold me a bracelet that they did not tell me was non refundable or exchangeable. I talk to manager and she was very dismissive
