Best Happy hour in Philly! Delicious food, prices so reasonable and amiable owner, Willy. My favorite waiter is Rick. Been a fan since 2015. Go! You will be happy! Dinner menu and cocktails are super also!
This place is phenomenal! I have been coming here for sometime. As you know I only review diners, but occasionally the place has to be super good for me to give it five stars. From the time you walk in until the time you leave it has everything. Good food, clean bathrooms, great service, awesome owner, Willy. I love the shrimp scampi, and the BBQ pork sandwich but it is all good. This is that neighborhood bar that comes on top with some of the finest foods. Ask for a Brandy Alexander for a dessert drink.
Love the atmosphere and vibe to this place! Food was so good, tried the pierogis as a happy hour appetizer and it didn’t disappoint one bit. The sandwiches here are great and leave you feeling full and satisfied. I will definitely come back here.
Very cool bar with painting all over the walls. The server, George, was so nice and friendly. Food came out fast and delicious. Just walked in randomly and enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend for a chill bar environment.

Came upon the 1518 Bar and Grill looking for a place for drinks and dinner. Excellent find! Rick, our server, was terrific and attentive. The cocktails, wine, and beer were fantastic. We had calamari as an appetizer and it was some of the best we’ve ever had. Two of us chose the steak salad for dinner and one chose a house salad with grilled shrimp. All were delicious!! Definitely recommend this great place.
Seat yourself. Super busy 6pm..dead 7pm. Saturday...so wait it out if busy.
Cucumbers on the salad were not fresh. They should have gone in the compost pile not a customer salad. The pirogies were served in a lot of oil, a puddle to be accurate. Beef short rib entree was beyond dry. Along with the mushroom risotto. I’ve eaten at a lot of places. I will never be back. Waste of my hard earned money.
