1518 Bar & Grill

Went on a late Saturday afternoon just in time to catch their happy hour, this bar has a "neighborhood" bar feel to it in the middle of Center City. Alot of nic nacs and figurines to look at and cool pictures.The happy hour food was what I expected, the mussels in white sauce were actually good and got alot for the price, nice inexpensive date night spot

It's nice place with good food and atmosphere, smooth service. We ordered a sandwich with short ribs, caprese and wine. Caprese was small portion with big cut of tomatoes and small pieces of cheese.

We went on a Friday night after 8pm so the dinner rush was slowing. We easily got two seats at the bar(tables available too). The bartenders were very nice and efficient. Drinks(beer, wine) were great. Food is consistently great (delicious, large portions for a fair price). Restroom is ADA accessible. Highly recommend. We missed it, but There’s a happy hour too. We’ll be back!

Had perogies and wings, both great would definitely order them again. Bartender was friendly and took care of us.

Went there yesterday for a quick bite to eat. We went there as a group but only two of us ordered the lady behind the bar with blonde hair was so hostile and so disgusted by us. And well as the lady with burnet hair. Anything that we did was talked about amongst the two, it got the point as where the customers were leaving they was saying to leave and don’t come back because they was talking so bad about us. I am so disappointed that we as BLACK YOUNG ADULTS were treated like this and I hate to put race into things but this wasn’t right. This restaurant ruined our whole mood. When one of us went in there to confront them they was just laughing in our faces. Highly wouldn’t recommend this place if you are young and black. Or just out of town like us. Anyway go Knicks

What a great find! I accidentally found this place and absolutely loved! Luckily there was a happy hour until 7pm with great deals. I had the mussels twice as I liked it soo much and my husband calamari and a burger all delicious. The place has a great vibe and decoration. The server was adorable and delivered everything fast. I will definitely come back for more.

The best meal we've had in Philadelphia with outstanding service by Chris. Relatively small facility that is clean and has a lively bar scene. A solid crowd of people watching and chatting about the young and ruthless. The hummus is superb and plentiful. A full meal. The turkey club could feed a family of 4 and is very tasty The caprese sandwich is stunning and a full banquet. Very pleased. About $59 for 2 people.

Amazing food! I had the burger with fries. Cooked to perfection and amazing taste! My friend had the gyro and fries. It was gone before I could ask for a bite lol so I know it was also amazing. We also did the calamari as an appetizer which was crispy and cooked perfectly. The sauces for the calamari were a sweet and tangy sauce which made the calamari even better! Our waiter was an older gentleman who was super kind & very attentive. We did a round of pickle back shots had beer on tap and I had a mojito which was great. Definitely a number one spot on my places I’ve eaten. Highly recommend!

Decided to go here with my wife on this cool street in downtown Philly. Great atmosphere and good food and drinks. The interior is very warm and inviting. Highly recommend!! They have excellent lamb gyros!

Very pleasant experience. We had Karoline as our server. She was very kind and friendly. Always there when we needed her. The 1518 burger was delicious. It had a lovely charred flavour. Mussels were great too. Thank you!
