J was awesome. He was super responsive and able to meet me on my aggressive timeline. He was very honest in what he saw and then his knowledge of building came in. He was able to help me with observations on a very old building (1901), what was good and what was bad and even gave me thoughts on options, way beyond my expectations.
We have have used Four Seasons twice for home inspections and they are great! Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and informative. I will never use another home inspection company ever again! Four Seasons Home Inspections is THE BEST, hands down.
This company does not stand up on their work! I have to change my review to one start after I find out their inspector missed one water leaking during their previous house inspection. I got a plumber coming, and the plumber told me the water leaking was there for many years, and the house inspector should identify it. Very disappointed with 4 Seasons now. I called their company today and they admitted the inspector may miss that water leaking during the house inspection. They said it could happen, but they wold not do anything to correct their mistake. I suggested them to send another inspector coming to check the house to see if there is anything else the previous inspector could miss. They refused. Even worse thing is they said that I had issue myself if I was disappointed with their report. Be careful when you decide to do business with this company.
4 Seasons is a solid top-notch outfit. Communication, coordination and execution are excellent. Mr. Szczesny is up front and accommodating. The inspector, John, who was assigned to my two properties, delivered very thorough and detailed inspection reports. I now feel fully equipped to make important contracting decisions moving forward.
Trevor is a real professional. He did a great and detailed job, which helped me get some major fixes covered in warranty. I would recommend Trevor. He was so kind to help with follow up questions, even after weeks after the actual inspection. Kudos to him.
4 Seasons Home Inspections did a pre-inspection on our home before we put it on the market. They came out the day after I called, the inspector was on time, very detailed and thorough and even gave us a credit on our inspection as one of our blinds was accidentally damaged during the inspection. I was very happy with the service!
Jay was nice and he appeared thorough. However, three months after we purchased the home he inspected, a contractor pointed out that the second story deck was pulling away from the house and would probably fall off within a year. There was a 1.5 inch space between deck and house. So we tried to determine root cause. Two of the supporting pillars were on an area of the yard built up with those flat concrete stacking stones so prominent in the PNW, but they were the small ones and they were failing, sliding downhill. Long story short, $100k or so later, I have a solid foundation and a safe lake view, no thanks to 4 Seasons Home Inspection.
internachi certified master inspector! Master inspector == the best inspector in the business. Alex is awesome! He is very professional in his work and takes the inspection very seriously. He performed a very detailed walkthrough of the new home we just bought, and taught us, the 1st tine home owner, a lot of useful information in keeping and maintaining the house properly. I cannot recommend enough of Alex, and 4sesons. There is a reason that they are rated best among Mill Creek inspectors. Highly recommend!
They did the job so that's why they got 2 stars. But Alex was messy and absolutely sloppy with his work. He left all my appliances on when left, my thermostat was at 80 & we hate it when our home is above 68, he rearranged my entire closet and I thought I had clothes missing, he didn't reset my GFCI so I thought the electrical was out in part of the house and I'll never use 4 seasons again. As a licensed real estate professional that did over 40 transactions last year, I'll encourage every buyer not to use this company either.
J. of 4Seasons home inspections did a professional and thorough inspection and quickly provided a very thorough, professional, and readable report the next day for the purchase of our new house. It is only a new house to us. It's an old 1930's house that we knew we wanted for the view and property. J help define all of the major and minor concerns so we really knew what we were getting into. We knew we had work to do on the place. But knowing is all the battle. 4Seasons saved us money by giving us knowledge to know what to work on and what the main concerns where so as to negotiate with the seller. We love the new place and our remodel is newly complete. I'm so glad we bought it and so glad we didn't have to do any guessing as to what we were getting into. Thanks J. Brian Decker
