He patiently answered all of our questions, explained what actually matters and what doesn’t, helped us figure out a solution for a fence issue, fixed a leaking faucet, and even showed my husband how to repair our dishwasher. We learned so much from him, and he gave us a lot of confidence as homeowners. My husband came into the inspection worried about the condition of the house and left feeling completely reassured. I can’t recommend 4 Seasons Home Inspections enough! J was so awesome! We’re undergoing a renovation and have been seeming moisture in on our crawlspace. J came out to do a thorough investigation; he identified the condensation issue and found mold and wood rot. We had no idea it was that bad, and I was so grateful he was able to come out so quickly. Obviously it wasn’t the news we wanted, but I’d so much rather know! To top it off, on his way out, J fixed a roof shingle in our entryway he noticed was dripping. Great inspector, great person, I very highly recommend!

Just had my home inspection done by J and was extremely happy with the results and everything J did. As he was conducting the inspection, he would pull me in to show me how appliances/equipment worked, and how to maintain each piece to extend the life of everything. J also provided some suggestions for swapping out current equipment for higher performance/more energy efficient options that would serve my family's needs better. I definitely plan on using 4 Seasons again for my 11-month inspection just to be sure if anything comes about that would need to be address by the builder, we will know. thanks J!

J came out in the winter and did a great inspection for me. I’m a first time homebuyer and he also taught me how to use different things and showed me how the features outside worked and needed to be maintained. There was snow on the roof so he did not go on the roof but offered to come back later, and he did come back a few months later to get on the roof for me. Really great service.
